Biography
Wayne Elam has 30+ years of combined commercial construction marketing, commercial real estate, and business development experience. Wayne’s tenacious spirit and old fashioned way of conducting business have given CRS a substantial client list.
“Commercial Realty Solutions conducts business the old fashioned way. We do what we say we’ll do, we don’t overpromise, and we return phone calls and emails. We conduct business under the basic premise that people do business with people they know, people they like, and people they trust.”
Since starting Commercial Realty Solutions in 2009, CRS has grown to be an industry leader in the commercial real estate and business brokerage industry throughout Minnesota. Repeat clients and continued referrals have led to expanded client relationships and, in turn, increased listings and sales. CRS has been very fortunate with annual double-digit growth.
