CRS worked with Vantage Point Partners to finalize the land sale of the old bank site on the NE corner of Hwy 25 and Broadway in Monticello to Semper Development for the development and construction of a new Walgreens store which is scheduled to open the Spring of 2011. Semper Development also purchased the old Muller Movie Theater which is part of the development.
