Biography

Joseph (Joe) Elam joined the Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) team the beginning of 2018.  Joe has worked within the construction and landscaping industry and has owned his own business as well as acting as a consultant.  Growing up within the construction, real estate, and entrepreneurial worlds, he has developed a keen sense of the needs and desires of a variety of small business owners.  Now stepping into the real estate world, he is focused on the development of city and county planning so small businesses, entrepreneurs, and contractors of all sorts have a place to go.
