CRS has recently finalized a purchase agreement for the 10,000 sf office building in downtown Buffalo. The Boyd’s Building is a multi-tenant retail/office building in downtown Buffalo which overlooks the lake. It was totally remodeled in 2004 and is one of the nicest commercial properties in downtown. The closing is scheduled for mid-April. CRS is handling both sides of the transaction and also working with the buyer to secure tenants. Buffalo is located in Wright County, MN.
