Joseph (Joe) Elam joined the Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) team at the beginning of 2018. Joe has worked in the construction and landscaping industry, owned his own business, and acted as a consultant. Growing up within the construction, real estate, and entrepreneurial worlds, he has developed a keen sense of the needs and desires of a variety of small business owners. Now stepping into the real estate world, he is focused on the development of city and county planning so small businesses, entrepreneurs, and contractors of all sorts have a place to go.

In early 2017, Eric took a leap and never looked back, moving from commercial lending to commercial brokerage. Coming onboard Commercial Realty Solutions was an easy decision, and he brought with him 15 years of commercial lending experience. Two years later, Eric dedicated himself and the CRS team to providing our high level of service to Central Minnesota, establishing a St. Cloud office in May 2019.

Chereé Hoese has been with Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) since its inception in 2009. Prior to CRS, Chereé worked in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 20 years, working with general contractors on townhomes, luxury homes, and commercial construction projects at the MSP Airport, Minneapolis/St. Paul school system, county facilities, senior housing projects, and long term care facilities.
Her office management, organizational skills, and eye for detail are huge assets to CRS. Chereé believes being active in the areas we serve is an important part of the excellent customer service Commercial Realty Solutions strives to provide.
Megan Narveson

Megan Narveson joined the Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) team with over 10 years of experience in a Corporate Operations setting working for ShopHQ, formerly a national home shopping television network. Megan brings a “master of all trades” attitude to the table with having had her hands in all areas of the business while she was an operations Manager. Her efficiency in fast-paced environments, proactive mindset, and adaptability are huge assets to our team.
Sheila Zachman

Sheila Zachman has worked at Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) since 2012. Prior to CRS, Sheila worked at General Growth Properties (GGP) for over 25 years, serving in positions from mall accountant, operations director, and regional management assistant to specialty leasing representation and financial analyst.
Sheila believes that networking and making connections with people is invaluable to her success in the real estate field.
Jason Duininck

Jason Duininck joined the Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) team in 2018. He is one of eight, third generation partners at Duininck, Inc., a family-owned and operated business since 1926. Jason graduated with a human resources degree from Bethel University. His background in the heavy construction industry for over 30 years gives him a different perspective in real estate development, construction, and transportation properties.

Originally from Fremont, Michigan, Doug’s educational background began with a degree in marketing from Western Michigan University and was followed by a post-graduate degree in business management.

Wayne Elam has 30+ years of combined commercial construction marketing, commercial real estate, and business development experience. Wayne’s tenacious spirit and old fashioned way of conducting business have given CRS a substantial client list.
